Financial Policy

We accept Medicare as well as many managed care plans. Please review the Insurance Plans page for a current listing of the plans we accept. In some cases, we will file insurance for our patients with indemnity coverage. We ask that our patients with insurance coverage bring their insurance cards to our offices at the time of their visit to facilitate our service to you. In the event that we do not file your insurance, we will provide you with the forms necessary to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
